Villa Lairo is located in Ostuni, a medieval hamlet among the most beautiful in the world. Ostuni is also a strategic point to reach the main tourist destinations of Puglia, like Alberobello and Trulli, Bari, Lecce and Barocco.
This villa enjoys a privileged position that makes it look like a big boat, and there is no part of the house from which you can’t see: sea, sky, boats and seagulls. Sunsets and sunrises will instill you an unforgettable serenity. A chromatic variation will mark the hours of the day transmitting you a great inner balance and peace almost forgotten. The roar of the waves will lull your dreams and when you wake up, from the large veranda, you’ll admire the return of the boats after a long night of fishing.
Villa Lairo is located in a private residence just 400 meters from Villanova, an ancient fishing village where there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco shops, bakeries (where you’ll find great Apulian focacce, biscuits, bread, sweets, taralli and many other delicacies), pharmacy, mini-market, ice cream shops, fish market with delicious fresh fish.
The villa has a private gate that leads to the sea. The nearest beach is about 30 meters far and, during the low season, seems to be almost exclusively attributable to the villa.
