Strawberries and Lemon: a Fresh and Summery Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 300gr strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar juice
  • half lemon
  • mint leaves, optional

METHOD

  • Wash and cut in half the strawberries (the bigger ones in quarters).
  • Place them in a serving bowl. Add sugar and lemon juice, and mix well to combine the ingredients.
  • Cover with a plastic film and let rest in the fridge for at least one hour. Serve with a few leaves of mint.

TIPS:

Serve the strawberries and lemon with a scoop of vanilla Ica cream.
