If there’s one thing that we can all agree on in my family is that there’s no better way to cheer you up than a creamy and antidepressant spoon of Nutella. After trying these super easy Nutellotti biscuits, we all agree that they can be definitely a good substitute to munch on when feeling bummed.

Nutellotti

INGREDIENTS
- 180g Nutella cream (or similar)
- 1 egg (medium size)
- 145g flour 00
- For the filling: 1-2 tbs Nutella cream
- For decoration: nuts of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl pour the Nutella cream and the egg. Mix with a wooden spoon, until the egg is well incorporated.
- Sieve the flour and mix it with the cream until forming a malleable dough.
- Form small balls of about 15g each.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Make a hollow on top of each ball.
- Let the biscuits rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 175 C°.
- Bake the biscuits in the oven for no more than 10 minutes.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and leave to cool.
- Fill the biscuits with the Nutella cream and decorate with nuts of your choice.
