For this Macedonia Salad you will need nothing but some tropical fruit. The more colourful the fruit is, the more stylish your salad will be. We used dragon fruit, which is very common in Singapore and all over South-East Asia, along with three different kinds of kiwi: orange, yellow and green. But if you live in Europe, or USA, you could choose melon, watermelon and kiwi for instance and use the empty melon as serving bowl. Just let your creativity flow and play around with the multitude of colours that nature offers us.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 green kiwi
- 1 orange/yellow kiwi
- 1 red pitaya (dragon fruit)
- 1 white pitaya
- lemon juice, sugar, or honey, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the two pitayas in half and scoop them out by using a fruit scoop tool.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Serve the fruit in the empty pitayas, as it acts like a bowl. Drizzle some honey, or sugar, and lemon juice.
Serve chilled.

TIPS: Instead of honey, use maple syrup, golden syrup, or agave nectar.
