Negroni cocktail
Ingredients
1 part Gin
1 part Campari
1 part Sweet red Vermouth
Orange peel
Combine gin, Campari, and sweet red Vermouth in an ice-filled glass, stir gently and garnish with an orange peel.
Negroni sbagliato cocktail
1 part sweet red Vermouth
1 part Campari
1 part Prosecco
Fill a glass with ice, add Campari, red Vermouth and stir. Top with Prosecco and stir again.
Martini cocktail
1 part dry Vermouth
6 parts Gin
olives
Shake (or stir in a mixing glass) the dry Vermouth with ice cubes and remove the liquid, but keep the ice. Then add the gin and shake until cold and finally strain into the martini glass. Garnish with olive.
